Hello, my name is Aaron Richard! They call me a communications specialist of some sort. I like foreign languages and dialects. I like maps. I worked in police/fire/EMS for the past decade of my life in different roles, and now make my living in the heart of the aviation industry in Dallas, Texas. I've moved around the country a bit, living in the Deep South, China, Southern California, and now in the DFW Metroplex. My parents inspired a lifelong love of learning in me. I am a lifelong student, and I'm particularly interesting in understanding in training development, psychology, and becoming a better person.

Warning: You must have a sense of humor to peruse my website

WeGetLanguages.com is my language study database. It's a bit of an old proejct I'm dusting off.

On this site, I maintain: A's Simulation PC Game Museum, full of game saves and info.

Pride in Thyself, a blog about trying to get through life as a gay Christian man, with musings on religion, self-esteem, psychology, gay psyche, and other such things. A little of the heathen world, and a little bit of the religious world in tandem.

On Training - My thoughts and experiences, with a focus on public safety/aviation topics, but general enough you might get a few "Oohs" and "Hmm, interesting"s out of it.

The Process of Learning - Thoughts and junk on how to learn skills and keep them in your head.
